Issue with Map Input tool

Hi All,

A user raised an issue in our account,

He is having an issue when trying to use the Map Input tool. The program does not respond and then he received an error message (check the attached image file) .

Some research online shows that users resolved this error by removing the RuntimeSettings file from the \ProgramData\Alteryx folder but that requires admin privileges. I've Curator access.

Need proper guidance.

Sounds like you need access to the Windows server.  Whomever administers your server or servers would do this and it would not be done thru the Gallery UI.  Your access to Gallery as curator is not applicable, you need Admin access to the server.  I'd reach out to Alteryx support.  They can provide the fix and walk you or server admin thru it.
