Issue with Alteryx Designer License

Hi,

We were using Alteryx on a VDI machine, and each user had their own VDI machine. Recently we moved to Cirtix Published desktop, which is shared among 5-6 resources. When we apply our old Alteryx license on new Citrix Published desktop, we get error as in attached image. We are getting the same error even when we try to apply license to Non-Admin version installed in local AAPDATA folder

My question is, is there a way to use Alteryx designer license on shared published desktops? If not, what is?

As far as I know, you cannot install Alteryx on a shared desktop machine, since Alteryx is licensed per user, not per machine.

There might be ways to circumvent this, but I wouldn't know. That's probably why it worked with the personal VDI's since each user had their own machine and license.
