Is there a way to download files (Not Output,) associated with a workflow?

I got this question from a gallery user.  Is it possible to download files that are used by the workflow that are part of the workflow assets?  Not the output generated, but static data files that are used by the workflow.

hi @tothd 

On top right, there is a button to download workflow, then user can get .yxzp, I guess.

Please note that download should be enabled by both Server Admin and creator who uploaded the workflow.
