Is it possible to upload workflows to Alteryx Server with cmd?

I just curious beside the way to upload workflow to server. Beside upload by Alteryx designer or by Alteryx Gallery, are there any option to upload workflow to server such as cmd or direct copy file to path in Alteryx Server itself?

I have permissions to write to a directory on the Alteryx server and reach it with a unc name like \\server\d\... to reach a directory on the server's 😧 drive
