Hi,
We recently migrated everything from one server to another. I'm in the process of setting everything back up and having an issue with the Location Insights piece we had set up. I installed the license in Designer and installed the same 2023_Q2_Data_US file using the AlteryxDataInstall.exe located in the folder. During installation, I did install to a different drive, not the C drive.
When I go to User Settings I'm able to select 'TomTom US 2023 Q2' from the Reference Base Map but under Geocoder, there are no options showing. How do I resolve this? TIA
