Yes, it is. You need to log in to the server (server box, not Alteryx gallery) as an admin and install for all users. The installation is the same, but you need to be on the server as a windows admin account so that all users will be able to use them.
Note: there are certain tools in the CReW Macros that don't work properly on server such as the Runner Macros. It is always best to replace these anyhow on Server, even if you somehow managed to get them to run. They will run outside Alteryx reporting as they call a separate executable, hence server performance won't be managed well if you are using them and their purpose is no longer needed on Server.
