In which order should I upgrade the Alteryx Servers

Hi all

I want to upgrade our Serveres from 2019.2 to 2020.x.

We are using a Gallery Server and 2 Workers.

In which order should I upgrade these 3 Servers ?

Can the Servers work in different versions over some days, or must I do them all in one night ?
