How to swich another user login

My free trail license got expired, when I am trying to install my friends login, its still showing my license server connctivty.so I am unable to do practice in alteryx.  how could I remove my id and give my friends id to install.

I uninstall my Alteryx and reinstalling with her user id. but its showing my server connectivity

 

please help me

Licenses are connected to your machine as well as your email. And trials cannot be passed from one user to another.

You will need to reach out to Fulfillment@alteryx.com to see if you have another trial active, otherwise reach out to your account rep within Alteryx.
