How to remove exception for "Download tool" in a workflow published in gallery

Workflow with download tool is failing with below error when running in gallery.

Since i am the curator, don't know what needs to be done remove the exemption. 

I tried changing workflow setting, still getting same error.

Can you someone help me to resolve this issue?

 

 

The job XXX did not complete successfully and resulted in the following errors:

  • Error transferring data: Failure when receiving data from the peer (Tool Id: 2)

To provide an exemption, (and thus remove the exception), please proceed as follows.

 

Please refer to the Administration portion of the Server Help, specifically Workflows.  

You, as Curator, can control the "Run Mode" allowed on your Gallery.  This is initially set up in System Settings with the options being Safe, Semi-Safe, and Unrestricted.

If you decide to allow exceptions to this general policy, you may do so.  You can configure an individual workflow differently from the Gallery default.  From the Admin screen, click on Workflows, then pick the specific workflow you want to adjust.  You'll get a screen similar to this:

You can change the Run Mode for just this one workflow.  Select Unrestricted from the Run Mode drop-down and then save the workflow setting.

 

(Note that if you want to provide a private data exemption, that can also be done from this screen.)

Thanks Lisa,  Workflow is set to "Unrestricted" run mode and i am still getting error on "Download Tool"

 

Oops!

The job BLS did not complete successfully and resulted in the following errors:

  • Error transferring data: Failure when receiving data from the peer (Tool Id: 2)
  • Error transferring data: Failure when receiving data from the peer (Tool Id: 15)
  • Error transferring data: Failure when receiving data from the peer (Tool Id: 24)

Actually, that makes sense.  Generally if you were not allowing the Download Tool, the user would get an error during validation while uploading the workflow to the Gallery. 

 

This problem looks more like the peer (the resource the Download tool is connecting to) is rejecting the connection when the workflow runs. 

The first step would be to search for the text of the error in the Community to see how others have managed to resolve this problem.
