How to remove a worker node

Hi,

I need to remove a worker node from our on-premises Alteryx environment as we need to scale down.

Is it as simple as uninstalling Alteryx server on the worker node?

Is there any action that needs to be taken on the Controller?

Yes, just stopping Alteryx Service on the Worker node, then Worker node is not detected from the Controller node any longer.

If you have 'Tag' for that Worker node in the gallery admin menu, you can delete it so that users don't specify that tag when crating new jobs.
