How to find the count of workflows currently in Alteryx

I am trying to find no of workflows that our Alteryx account has in our organization.

Any possibilities that we can find from Mango DB?

On the Gallery, the admins have the diagnostics page where they can see this info. https://help.alteryx.com/20214/en/server/administer-alteryx-server/diagnostics.html#diagnostics

This is an old version, but it looks like this.

If your questions were not only related to the server but also the designer, it is not possible to know the number of workflows created by users on their designers.

Thanks for the quick guidance. 

In the diagnostics page we can see no of collections. But, I am looking for no of workflows. Is there any way like in Mongo DB we can find no of workflows in the Alteryx.

The number of apps is the one you are looking for.
