How to disable Gallery signup page? Alteryx Server v2019.2

Hello,

Could someone help me find the disable signup option from Gallery admin?

Link here says it should be under Users tab from Admin page. But I am unable to find that option there. I have the Curator role on this Gallery.

The documentation may need a little bit of an update after the recent changes to the User tab.

If you want to make sure people can't sign themselves up, you need to change the default user role to no access

I tried setting the default user role to no access. The sign up page still appears and I was able to sign up a test account. The admin page shows the test account role as 'Viewer'.

Hi pvd,

In this particular version there is a known issue where the toggle switch to disable new user sign-up is not visible.  Support can quickly fix this for you on the back-end.  Can you please send an email to Support@alteryx.com and mention you need to disable new user sign-up?  I'll make sure we get this taken care of for you.
