How to convert Curator users into Artisian to publish workflow onto server gallery

Hi 

I am not finding a way to change to role of a user from Curator to Artisian. And can you please guide, how to promote a user as an admin.

This will depend on your Authentication type settings.  

If using Windows Auth, please see this link from our Server Guide: 

If you are using Built-In Authentication user permissions are managed at Subscription Level.

• Make sure your subscription is set to Paid
• Make sure you have provided an expiration date
• Make sure you have added enough Artisan Seats
• Finally, Add you Artisan to the Subscription.

In Alteryx Gallery Terms a "Curator" is the Gallery Administrator and it's the Highest level of permission you can have.
