How to allow my GALLERY Collection - Workflows for a user ?

I want to give an user in my company to the WF ( app) sitting in Gallery in the new collection I created called 'XXX' , How do i grant permission for that user to run that WF

I clicked on the work flow it showed me 'users' tab . I entered a user name . But that user gets an error
