How do you change the owner of a schedule on server?

How do you change the owner of a schedule from the person who created it to someone else?

As far as I know just recreating the schedule with the user you want to be the schedule owner. You can "recreate the scheduling workflow" using the owner who wants to change it.
Attention, the user you want to use to create the schedule must have the workflow shared with him first.

We have migrated to a new server and all the schedules have been created by our migration partner. All the schedules now have his name as the owner. I am looking for a way to change each schedule to the owner from the old server.

Recreating all of the schedules negates the point of using a partner to help with the migration.

Is there another way?
