How can I determine my base URL

Hi,

I am trying to connect UiPath to Alteryx and I am being asked for the base URL. I am having a hard time finding this.

When I try going to the Alteryx Gallery in my company's website and I try the API documentation from the Keys page, I am able to run my workflow by entering the job ID.

But when I try to connect UiPath to Alteryx (from within UiPath), I get an error 401. Pl note that the same keys are working when I try from the API documentation website. But the error from UiPath mentions that the auth keys are invalid.

Any advice on how I can fix this issue?

Thanks!

Hi @dpakapd !

You can find the base URL in the Alteryx System Settings in the server machine. That is the same URL you use to connect to gallery, for example: https://yourgallery/gallery/ or even just the middle peace between the "https://" and "/gallery/", in this case, "yourgallery".

Hi @dpakapd,

Were you able to complete the setup? Can you please share the setup details ( steps used to accomplish the results).

Also were there any additional challenges?

Thanks!

@SunKemp : I followed the steps by marcusblackhill and it worked. So if your company is abc.com, then the base url is https://abc/gallery/

I tried this but still not working.

Is there a place that I can check it out in Alteryx?
