Ghost Job Running on Scheduler

Hi all,

I was presented with a screenshot of a job running on the scheduler that isn't in the queue.  I am in need of stopping this job from running.

MONGO DB Research:

AS_Schedules doesn't have an entry for the job

AS_Applications DOES have entries for the module

AS_Queues DOES have entries for the AppName

Mark and I looked at the gallery. The offending workflow was kicked off manually from the gallery 11 days ago. He canceled the workflow from the Admin section.

After changing the Alteryx System Settings, the Alteryx Service wouldn't stop even with no workflows running. We eventually killed the AlteryxService process and the service stopped and came back up without issue.
