I'm only asking because I'm curious - I think this is worthy of a support ticket.
No to all except the license change which happened in January, issues only started in the last week or so
What version of Alteryx Server do you have?
We have had this issue on 11.3 when a subscription contains > 100 workflows/apps.
This is fixed in later versions of Alteryx Server but you can also delete workflows in the subscription as a temporary workaround.
