We have recently upgraded from 2018.3 to 2020.4 and I have been familiarising myself with the changes to the Gallery management pages.
We are using Windows Authentication.
I have a user who was previously a Curator but has now left the company. I have attempted to change his user level Role to "No Access", however each time I go back to the user his Role has reverted to "Default". Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
The only other thing that might be relevant is that we have two AD Groups defined on the Groups tab, but the user is not currently a member of either of those, although they likely would have been at some point in the past.
