Gallery Special Keyword

Could you please share the list of special keyword in Alteryx we can user in the gallery notification body. Like as per the below example, the Collection Owner Name returns the actual owner name and same for the Collection Name as well.

Hi Partha,

Here is the list of keywords (or placeholders) for the Private Gallery Notifications.  Please note that each notification has a specific set of placeholders that will work within the message.  For example, Password Reset URL will not be usable in the Membership Granted notification.  You can see which placeholders are available in the current notification by clicking the Placeholder button in the formatting options tool bar.

Is there a way to change what URL the Placeholders reference?

More specifically, I'm trying to change the "localhost" in the placeholder to the name of our Gallery. The links do not work at this time.

Hi @mridenour, the text for the URL for your Gallery is actually controlled by the Base URL setting in the Alteryx System Settings.  If you change what is most likely there (http://localhost/gallery) to a computer name or FQDN (http://myservername/gallery/), you will see that reflected in the notifications sent out.
