@Tomita is there any other service or application which might be using port 80? There are a few other causes of this error, but that's usually the first one I check.

Alteryx Service does not start as a service,

In the "Run As" settings (Options --> Advanced Options --> System Settings --> Run the Worker as a Different User page) do you have your Windows credentials entered?

The solution was - to extend timeout which Windows gives to service (30 sec by default). I 've extended this timeout and service started successfully.
