Gallery Running Slowly

Some pages on my gallery load very slowly. I tried looking through the community and found this link: Link Here , but it did not resolve the issue. The Users page suffers most when it lags. It can take 20 minutes to load at times. This is a recurring issue, but it is not persistent. I would like some guidance on how to troubleshoot this. My only idea is looking through gallery logs, but I'm not sure what to look for. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @SamEC ,

There are many things affecting the performance of the gallery in general (number of users accessing at the same time, location of the users and the server, workload of the server too (if it acts also as the persistence layer, worker, etc.)

Would recommend to check and monitor the cpu and ram consumption using something like Grafana. Also if possible the amount of users trying to access the gallery and timelines.
