Question

Is it possible to restrict access to a district? We would like to split things up so that our Tax teams can only access the workflows from a district created only for them, and our Assurance teams can only access workflows from a district created strictly for their team.

Districts are 100% public and you can`t limit access to them.

Fortunately, everything you need is easily accomplished with Collections. https://help.alteryx.com/20223/en/server/use-alteryx-server-ui/collections--server-user-interface.html

You can share workflows and schedules and add users or user groups with different permission levels.
