This might be a silly question .
How does the access to gallery work? Is it restricted to only those who have designer license or anyone within the same organization can access and run workflows even if they do not have a Alteryx license?
Regards,
Ramesh
Hi @ramesh_neel
I think users without designer license/have installed can also run workflows on Gallery. Best example would be Alteryx public gallery https://gallery.alteryx.com/#! where workflows can be run by anyone.
Hope this helps 🙂
Hi @ramesh_neel ,
The Alteryx Server license is designed to be used by all users within an organization(with or without a designer license).
Cenrtain things to consider:-
1. Only users with the designer license can actually publish to the gallery.
2. Post publishing, this workflow can then be shared by adding to a collection.
3. As the server will mostly work on a single sign on, any user(without the designer license) can still access the workflows in the assigned collection, be able to run it, schedule it or download it depending on the default user role setup on the server.
Please refer to the link below, to understand more on the user roles.

Hope this helps.

Other non-Alteryx users can indeed access apps you publish to the Gallery. They can run the apps when the login to the Gallery. But they can't do anything other than "click the button" to execute the app.
