Failure to authenticate

Hello team

I'm trying to get a workflow on the server to run with a sharepoint output tool.

It works in designer, it runs when I run it in the gallery (From designer) and when I upload it onto the server I get no error messages.

But when I try to run it manually on the server I get this error

ConnectionError('Failed to authenticate.') has type ConnectionError, but expected one of: bytes, unicode.

I have the python registry key in registry editor too.

Would appreciate anyone's help.

I was so skeptical of the fix described in the KB article, but it worked! Darn certificates!

Hi guys, I'm using a desktop designer but then too, It's show as "Failed to authenticate" and i also try the what @fmvizcaino said but it's not working . Please help me on this.

@fmvizcaino thanks took a look and worked with IT still no luck, came error message. Got an other suggestions?
