Error while downloading results in CVS and TDE format from Gallery

I am trying to download the results from gallery to csv and tde format, but it is giving below error. Is there any way to fix the issue?

Also, what is the encoding to be used for csv?

The issue was the high volume of data due to which the download was not working as csv and tde.
