Error trying to create a MongoDB backup

Hi Community !

I'm currently trying to upgrade an Alteryx Server to 2020.2 and I'm creating the mongoDB backup. But it doesn't work.

I get the following when I perform the emongodump command : "Mongo dump failed: folder not writeable or creatable."

I am admin on the machine and I can write on the folder, so what is the problem ?

Hi @Jean-Balteryx ,

Are you opening the cmd as an administrator? 

Maybe that is the case.
