Error: Upload Alteryx Workflow Package to Gallery through Admin UI

Hi all,

 

I am facing a strange behaviour. One of my workflows can't be uploaded to the Gallery anymore and I have no clue why.

 

Due to some restrictions we can only upload workflows through the Admin UI of the Gallery. I package my workflows with the Designer and upload them in the Admin UI.

 

Before today everything worked find, but now the pop up just closes when I select the file and my console shows this error (no error through the admin UI itself):

I verified with a colleague, that the upload itself works and the problem is my workflow only.

 

My Alteryx Workflow Package is only 4.5 MB and as i read, the limitation should be 100 MB.

 

Anyone seen this error before and can help here?

 

I have no other traces I can follow right now.

@maxksoll , is this still an issue for you?  What version of Designer and Server are you on?

Hi Andrew,

 

thanks for reaching out. Yes this issue still exists, but the workaround is removing all images from Excel files (happens when Excel is used in an app or included in the original app).

 

We are upgrading soon from 2021.1 to a newer version. Hopefully that resolves the issue.

But it shouldn't be that way that it needs to be removed. We have files where images are included and the processing works fine on the local machines.

 

Is there something you can suggest here @AndrewSu?

@maxksoll , besides upgrading to the latest version, I'd suggest opening up a support ticket as I have not encountered this issue before.
