Error Alteryx Usage Report

Hola,

 

El flujo Alteyx Usage Report me esta arrojando el siguiente error:

  • RunBatch (695): Tool #1: Failed to run external program "..\Supporting_Macros\CollectionCheck.bat": Access is denied. (5) (Tool Id: 34)

Este flujo no se ha actualizado hace 2 años y tenemos la versión 2021.2.

 

Si alguien me puede orientar por favor en donde se deben revisar esos accesos, gracias.
