I have a very simple workflow that sends a chart by email (Im using my hotmail personal email), when I run the workflow from designer, it sends the emails without any problem, but when I upload the workflow to server, it gives the error message in the email tool saying that "• Selected Connection is not available. Set one up to use the tool. (ToolId: 10)" (email is the tool number 10)
Can someone helpme to create the necessary conection or fix this problem?

Have you tried to use the 'from' email in the workflow that your server uses? It is in your profile.
Yes, I just did, but it keeps sending the same error. When using hotmail from designer it works, but once in server it won't work, neither with hotmail, nor with the email in my profile...
Hi @erick87s , is you email tool leveraging Data Connection Manager? If so, Server is checking whether your user profile has the DCM connection - if not, go to File - Manage Connections and click Synchronize on the left hand side of the pop up window.
