Email Tool SMTP Configuration Issue

After saving a workflow from a local copy to the Server, the email tool does not retain the SMTP server address configured in the tool. How do we ensure the SMTP server configuration is retained in the tool once save on the server?

Hi @gsjacobs,

 

1. Have you unclick the "Autodetect SMTP" ?

2. Have you try to run your workflow directly in the designer of your server instead of upload to gallery?
