Download tool error

Hi,

I have an error "Download (2) Error transferring data: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK for" in the download tool. This error occurs when I upgrade the server, but the workflow is completely successful when running on a local PC.

Please check with the SSL certificate is still valid and if the run as account is still there and with the correct credentials. To further troubleshoot this you need to mention what is that you are doing in the download tool.

Thanks for your reply. I am doing web scraping and the error pops up when I run on the server.

I’m sorry but you did not mention if you verified anything that I mentioned earlier.

@Muhummad_Solehudin could you also provide the Alteryx version that you are running on the Sever and in Designer (local desktop)?

There were some change in the SSL stack of the latest versions of Alteryx which could impact on what you are seeing.
