Here's our situation on our private gallery:
1. We do not use a Run As account by design.
2. Workflows are set to require user credentials.
3. When it comes time to change LAN passwords, schedules disable due to bad credentials.
Has anyone found a solution to notify a schedule owner of their disabled schedules?

Hello,
When using windows authentication, Alteryx cannot update credentials automatically. There's no built in solution unfortunately, because Alteryx really can't "tell" when windows credentials are going to expire.
Let me know if you have any more questions or need other assistance.
Thank you,
Brendan T
Thank you very much for the reply! I do have another question, is there a way or has anyone found a way, to notify a schedule owner when their schedule disables, regardless of why?
Thanks!
No Problem!
None of us in-house have created a way to notify, but as we discussed your question - we think it's a great idea to have that as a built in feature. We invite you to start the process by submitting the feature to

Thanks!

I'll do just that, thank you!
Hi I was frustrated with this for ages but using the gallery api helps alert much sooner than we would have nowmally
http://[servername]/gallery/api/admin/v1/schedules/
Parse the JSON then email an alert to the owner if the schedule is disabled and has recently attempted run
cheers
Nat
