Difference between /v1/workflows/{appId}/jobs/ and /user/v2/workflows/{appId}/jobs/

What's the difference between these two APIs?  Their signatures look identical to me.

Hi @1737280 - The new Gallery User V2 API exposes a way to pass workflow credentials. This allows users to start a workflow using a specific credential to which they have access.
