Data Connection page not updating when adding or removing Users and Studios

Alteryx Gallery on version 2020.4

When adding or removing Users and Studios on the tab of the same name on the Edit Data Connection page I am not seeing the list update unless I move to a different object e.g. the General Information tab, and back again.

Added users do not appear on the list, deleted users are not removed i.e. the Users and Studios list is not refreshed on completion of the add or delete operation but only when the tab object is explicitly forced to update due to a change in focus.

I cannot see this mentioned as a Known issue for 2020.4 or a fix for later versions.

Anyone else having the same issue or is this something local to our browser setup?

@Paul_Holden This is more likely going to be an indexing issue.

Update:

I have been informed by support that this is not an indexing issue.

That team are currently checking further to confirm if it is a unrecorded/known/fixed in a future release defect.
