Controller Service Log issues

Hi All,

 

 

Recently we are noticed below issue in our service logs as below. can anyone suggest what could be reason ?

 

Persistence_MongoDB.cpp:  PersistenceContainer_MongoDBImpl_Get_Error: Record identifier is invalid <ID> collection <AS_Schedules>".

Is it possible to share the Alteryx Gallery and Service log when facing this issue again?

 

Gallery Log: 

Default Location: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Gallery\Logs

 

Service Log: 

Default Location: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service
