Does the Run As User Id require admin access to access connections created on the worker node?

If those data connections require windows authentication, yes, the run as account needs to be able to see and query those databases.

Hi @medmm01, 

As a best practice, when using run as user id within a server environment (specifically in Alteryx System Settings), I would recommend granting the permissions in the help doc below for that run as user id.

Required Run as User Permissions
