Company Gallery Connection Error

Question

We suddenly have issues connecting to company gallery and when i try to access http://alteryx.humanefits.com in a broswer, it said the server IP address is not found?

Hi @jye1 ,

I would also check if the Alteryx Service is up and running. Even if it is, I would restart and see if that works.

Are you using SSL?    If so, has the  certificate  hit its Expiration Date?

I  hope it's that easy.
