Company Alteryx Server Output

Hi,

I'm trying to push all of the output files from an app on my company's alteryx server into a particular folder on a mapped drive, but when I try to do so (using UNC path) I get this error: 

FileResourceHandler::EnsureBaseDirExists: Cannot create target directory

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi @rbyrne

are you sure the directory already exists on the mapped drive?

If you need to create the new directory dynamically, have you looked at this post here?

Finally, make sure that the user running the workflow on Gallery has access rights to the network drive and write permissions.

I spoke with the Admin and the directory exists but the server couldn't access the drive due to permissions so should be all good now :)
