With Server issues such as this, I always recommend going directly to Alteryx Support, as it may require a fix to the MongoDB, which should be supervised and carried out by an Alteryx representative.

 

You can contact Alteryx by emailing support@alteryx.com or by heading to the support tab of the Community (https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Support/bd-p/SupportPage)
