Changing embedded credentials of Alteryx workflow in Alteryx Server

Question

I have embedded my credentials in Alteryx workflow as my service account does not have access to shared folders that were used in my workflow. Workflow is running fine in Alteryx server. I just wanted to know if there is any option to change the password creds that embedded in workflow directly in Alteryx server without republishing it again.

There is an option that you can look into which requires to give your credentials each time you run a workflow on the gallery:

Hi @chandu0

If @afv2688's solution isn't appropriate for your needs, i.e. the workflow is scheduled, or the credentials are embedded in a tool like the SharePoint List tools, the only way to change the credentials is to republish the workflow.
