Change input file and output file in Alteryx gallery and run the workflow with new files

Hi

I have two input files and one output file in the workflow. And when I save the workflow to the gallery, I can see they are in 'Manage workflow assets'. I see in other questions that the files are cashed version in Alteryx Server. Is there any solution to let the user choose input file and output file, just run the workflow in the gallery and get the output?

Yes you can allow the user to choose the input files!
You would need to add 'File Browse' from the interface category tools to your workflow.
It will look something like this
