Certain Users are getting a "your connection is not private" error

Hi everyone,

I am the newly appointed Keeper of all things to do with Alteryx. 
I have a subscetion of users that are getting errors when using Chrome or Firefox. We have cleared the Cache and History, Tried Incognito mode with no changes. IF the useres use Edge or IE they can access the collections with no issues. With the other 2, we are getting a popup asking for credentials,  

which are provided, This is a Pop up. Eventually it will let you in, however it will then start prompting you again for the username again. only this time it will go away for about 15 seconds, and when it loads it

we get this in the browser, eventually it will load the collection, and after you run it, it start the prompting for Credentials cycle all lover again.
