Cannot find the workflow in Add into Collection or from Designer (Open Workflow)

hi all, 

I am encountering this issue since some days. 
In brief I have created a Workflow and save to the gallery. 
When logged into the gallery I can see the workflow in the "My Workspace", from here I can even schedule if I wish. 
However if I want to add the workflow into a Collection (this is how we share workflows across teams) I cannot see from the pop up window when pressing the button "Add", but I can successfully see the schedule created if I wish to Add the Schedule in the Collection. 
In addition if I open Designer and select "Open Workflow" from My Company Server in the pop up window again I cannot see this workflow.

Do you kindly have any insight/suggestion on why this is happening recently? Or something to redirect me, please? 
I never had this issue before and seems is only me in the team that is having this issue.

Hi @lzanotti ,

 

Try typing parts of the workflow name and see if the workflow appears.  This is usually a MongoDB re-index issue and I suggest reaching out to Alteryx support to see if they can help you with that.
