Cannot access private studio

Since last Friday I am unable to access the Alteryx private studio via browser or in Alteryx Designer.  Any ideas as to what might be the cause?  When I click Private studio I get the screenshot attached and the error message:

Unknown error. COMException RequestID:

I would suggest you contacting Alteryx support (support@alteryx.com) and sharing that error so they can understand what is happening.
