Cannot Add New Gallery to Alteryx Designer

Hello, 

I am having an issue adding a new gallery to Alteryx Designer. 

I go to file >open workflow> add new gallery.

I paste in the link of my company's Alteryx gallery. Then it shows "My company's server log in". It says "we are logging you into My Company's Server using Windows Authentication as:" and it has my proper user name. I click continue then it gets stuck on "logging in".

I have let it run for a long time and have tried it several different days.

I have access to the gallery online, however that site seems to crash a lot and it is not as efficient to work on a work flow and share it.

Appreciate any help! Thank you!

Hey @Mj2119 ,

 

Your Alteryx designer version needs to be lower than or equal to Alteryx Server's version.
