Cannot Access Advanced Certification

Hi all,,

Hope everyone is well.

A few weeks ago and nowadays I've tried to do this exam but I'm not able to do it. I also sent an email but nobody could assist me. Any ideas? Sorry if this is not the place to put this problem, but I don't know what to do. I attach an image with the message.

When you try to take the exam, what is the issue you are encountering?

We changed our exam setup a couple of months back where you are limited to 1 attempt per week, allowing 4 attempts per month.

Are you unable to open the exam attempt? If so, what is the error you are getting?

If you could provide a screenshot as well that would help me to troubleshoot this further!

Please find below the message that is being shown when I try to attempt. I know about this change to do the exam, but I have been waiting to do it again for a month because I didn't have enough time to practice.

Did you try reaching out to Certification@alteryx.com? They should be able to provide you with some more insight into this.
