Can we have two artisans for the same collection? If yes, then how ?

Hi all,

I am only able to add a user as a member/viewer in my Collection. I want to give the other user an artisan level permission even though I have added the user as Artisan in my Private studio. Any input will be appreciated.

@MeehirMene I am assuming you are using Built in Authentication type. You have to change the the users subscription type to paid. To do this, you would have to log in as an admin > Subscription Tab > Subscription Type to Paid.

Hey Digan,

So I followed your instructions and updated the subscription as Paid but still it shows this "xyz TEST" user as a Member Role. Also, I have given this user artisan permission and member permission in my private studio. I would like to see this user as an Artisan in my collection
