As an Alteryx Admin, one of my users said their job is running indefinitely and can I cancel the job. Usually I would go to the Jobs tab, and under Status you can see all running jobs, and I would be able to cancel the specific offender. Now however, the Status tab loads for a split second and appears as blank. It will no longer show any running jobs. If I tab over to the Scheduled Workflows tab, nothing is visible at all.
I restarted the Alteryx service and the Scheduled Workflows tab will show ONLY if it was previously selected, if I ever navigate to the Status tab, then that's when the issues begin again, and Scheduled Workflows will again appear blank. Restarting the service worked for me before to make the running workflows appear, but now I fear there is a corrupted job that is constantly running that is preventing me from cancelling it.
I am on server 2022.1, and the Designer version that made the workflow is also 2022.1.
Is there a way to force kill a process outside of the Jobs/Status tab?

SOLVED:
The user could see the job running since they created the workflow. They cancelled the job, then I restarted the Alteryx service and can now see the tabs. I am still unsure why the interface disappears, but for now this a workable solution.
Hi @PatrickMay ,
Next time, take a look at the Gallery logs or use the browser`s inspect feature to see where the UI is stuck.
Best,
