Can't open workflows from gallery alteryx crashes

Hello community good day

You know that I have been trying to open the workflows that I have hosted in my alteryx gallery but every time I get to the part to download the information it crashes and i can't open my workflows.

Anyone with the same problem or happened to you before

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Alteryx.
Can i just check a couple things?

Are you using the same version of Designer as Server?
Does this only crash on a specific workflow, or any workflow?
and in the case of a crash, does the workflow exists under:
C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Local\Temp\Staging
There may be a few folders in there, you can check the date modified column to check where the workflow is stored.
